Anne: I want a single storey unit and no more than about 25 or 30 minutes from Glen Waverley. On a quiet street if possible. Two bedrooms and definitely a garage in a nice area. I’m prepared to look anywhere between Croydon… right around Rowville or Scoresby. I am looking at a price round about mid $400,000.
